At Petradise, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your package is shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and fulfillment center.

- United States orders are typically shipped via ePacket, with an average transit time of 8–25 business days.

- International orders usually take 10–35 business days to arrive.

Please note that certain factors beyond our control—such as natural disasters, holidays, or extreme weather—may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. Simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”. If your order has already shipped, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to assist you.

We take great care in packaging all products securely, but in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1,000 orders), items may arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling. If this happens, please contact us immediately with:

- Your order number

- A photo of the damaged product

Once we receive this information, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge.
